Excellent selection of high quality shoes at good prices. Probably not as cheap as a chain sporting goods store, but the quality and selection is so much better its worth it.

The prices were great and I actually found shoes. I don't usually have great luck at shoe city stores.

Friendly, helpful staff. Each time they measure my children's feet and are ready to answer sizing and shoe availability questions.

Great service, very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. Went in to buy some shoes for my little one. Sales rep was very helpful and managed to sell me on a pair of shoes for my little one. Gave my little one a sticker which is a win for me. Dont forget to Spin that wheel!

So I walk in and there's four or five girls willing to help me get some shoes. The store is very clean very spacious plenty of shoes to choose from sandals Crocs Converse lugs steel toes vans you name it I think they got it. Prices are very low compared to other places I've been to and that's what we love. I recommend shoe City bring your kids yourself or anybody who needs shoes. Very clean and covid free. Sincerely Jesus Banda's honest reviews.

Staff was super nice and very attentive when I asked for help! Store was kept very neat and organized. Only flaw is they didn't carry any memory foam slide sandals but I was happy to choose from their other slide sandal options.

I really like coming to this show store!! Last time I went I won a pair of shoes!! I was happy cuz I really needed shoes!! I was greeted with the handicap entrance opened to me cuz I'm on crutches. Now that is GREAT customer service!! I didn't get her name but she helped me find the shoe that I needed! I'm very grateful to her!! This is why I always come back, service is always great and today was over and beyond!!

Wow Wow Wow Went in looking for a pair of sneakers for our grandson. Vanessa KINDLY showed us many options. We were so sstisfi3d with her service, I ended buying me a pair as well. Vanessa made sure my orthotics inserts fit perfectly BEFORE my purchase. I was so pleased with the fit I walked out with them on!! I also added a pair of Crocs as a bonus. Again, she made sure my inserts fit snugly in place. What a courteous salesperson she is, AND patient!! I don't know why all the negativity in the comments. We didn't experience any if it from mone if the employees working the floor. Quite the contrary. Am recommending to ALL my grandkids Unfortunately, we weren't too lucky with the roulette, but it was fun trying. Thank you , Vanessa and staff, for a GREAT shopping experience we love, love our shoes.
